Tale of the playground...

At first she really hated that playground...She wanted to fit in.She tried playing with some kids.There was this little boy,Dick,who acted as their leader.All the other kids worshiped him.In the beggining they were all nice to her.They seemed to like her.Everything was fine.


One morning she went to the playground just like she used to do everyday.Dick and the other kids were there.She went to join them but nobody talked to her.It was as if she wasn't there.The next day she want to the playground and everything were back to normal.She played with Dick and the other kids.They all had fun.Two days later they didn't talk to her again.She noticed that all the kids did whatever Dick did and he was taking advantage of that.The other kids still looked up to him.But she could see the difference.He wasn't as nice as he looked.She decided that it was time for her to find some other friends because these friends did not care for her.They just wanted to please Dick.

Next week,when she went to the playground again she was playing with her new friends when Dick came close to her and asked her to play with him.She said no and Dick walked away.The next day she went once again to the playground.Her new friends were there but they were playing with Dick.She went to ask them to play with them and they refused.Her eyes watered and she turned to leave.Then Dick advanced from the crowd.It looked like he was going to invite her to play with them.Instead,he kneeled to the ground,filled his fists with dirt and then threw it to her face.Everybody started laughing.She ran away.

It took her sometime to go back to that playground again.She was pretty shaken up by what Dick had done to her.One day she decided to go back.It was foolish to believe that these kids would try to hurt her again.So she went there and started playing with some nice kids.She knew them from before but they had never played together.Dick and his gang were a little further.They didn't even seem to recognise her.She was so happy that all this was behind her.Then she noticed a boy at the other end of the playground.He was faraway from everyone else.He looked like a nice kid so she tried to get closer to him.As she was walking from one side of the playground to the other hopeful that the boy would like to play with her,Dick noticed her move.He was closer to him.He got to him and wispered something to his ear.And then she got there too.She wouldn't let Dick take him away too.She asked the boy to play with her and her friends.He looked at her with his big eyes and told her that he didn't like the game.After that,he walked away with Dick...It was such a shame because he seemed like a decent kid.

Up to this day she is still trying to get closer to him but Dick always gets in her way...
